Wildc.a.t.s #13 Inks

Last year at the Calgary comic expo, I met Jason Metcalf and had a very long discussion about inking and art in general. He had a lot of great advice to give, and one technique that he shared with me was to strengthen my inking skills was to re-ink finished art. His mentor is Joe Weems, and you can see Joe's influence in Jason's inking.
So with this in mind, I decided to try it myself. I found a low-rez copy online of Scott Williams' ink over Jim Lee's cool cover art of Wildcats #13
I tried to use my brush and pens as naturally as I normally do, but still keeping to Scott's amazing strokes. There were a lot of lessons learned as I worked on this page, hopefully they will stick
So, anyways I hope you guys dig my inks on this.
