Ok, I didn't want to call this a WIP, cuz I have too many of those at the moment ...Rather, a preview of what I hope to have done by the weekend. I usually take 2-3 hours on a Rocafort piece, and I'm into this one for 3 so far... Anyways, working this to keep working my nib and practicing throwing my lines.
Cheers!
*EDIT* Yay....halfway there! I think I'm going to cut these and butt them together before I finish. Any advice would be cool, cuz this is my first double spread. I still half to do some clean up, will go through them both on the finish.
*EDIT* Ok....I said my prayers and hoped that I did my alignment right in PS when I printed these out...because I figured I had to cut these babies and butt them together. I think it all worked. I taped them and inked the butt joint, then pulled it apart again for convenience of inking the second half. Phew...man, it feels like I accomplished so much, then I sit back and look and say, gez...I got a ways to go still!
Wow, this is amazing. Nice and solid lines. Line weight is so precise. And you even managed to make it look cohesive despite everything that's going on in here. Looks really professional. Keep it up ;]
